Jeff

Managing Director

Jeff is the driving force of TecLED with over 30 years of experience in managing small business in Australia. Jeff is a pioneer in the LED industry becoming involved in LEDs from its inception. He is also a qualified accountant and has a BComm degree.

Roger

Chairman

With over 35 years in Senior Management in large corporations, Roger offers a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to the executive committee. Roger is very involved in charitable organisations and also works with the Retail Tenancy Unit in NSW, mediating disputes on their behalf.

Josh

Operations Director

Josh oversees the operations of TecLED and turns sales into products. Josh spent 10 years working at an Investment Bank in London trading equities and now has 5 years of management experience in Australia.

Adam

Key Account Executive

Adam has 10 years of experience in the industry. Adam provides high level of customer service and has high level of understanding of wireless control systems.

Eyal

Senior Sales and CTO

Eyal is a real veteran of the lighting industry having been associated at TecLED for almost 16 years. During this time Eyal has become an expert on all things LED and has been involved on larger commercial projects making customers ideas come to life.

Sales & Marketing Admin Support

Lee is very excited to have joined the team at TecLED. Having worked for over 25 years in Customer Service, Lee strives to give the best outcome to any situation provided, with focus on prioritising the individual and company, putting them first.

Todd

Queensland Senior Sales and Production

Todd runs our Queensland branch from Ashmore. Having been with TecLED for 15 years Todd doesn’t only manufacture custom lights but has an extensive knowledge of LEDs and has helped hundreds of customers onsite with installation assistance.

Debbie

Production Assistant Manager (QLD)

Debbie has been part of the TecLED team for 5 years, she is efficient and looks after Invoicing and ensuring all request are filled on time. Her work background is 20+ years in hospitality, holding management positions. Debbie is driven by her love to make people happy.

Tran

Senior Production

Tran has worked with his hands his whole life and now creates our more intricate bespoke LED light fittings. Tran worked for 10 years creating windows and has a real eye for detail when it comes to producing light fittings.

Dang

Production Manager

Dang has a background in general maintenance but is now a skilled producer of LED fittings. If you have ordered a custom made light from us there is a good chance Dang has had a hand in making it. Dang keenly watches over everything that comes in and goes out of the Matraville Factory.

Gaya

BDM Melbourne

Gaya is the Melbourne face of TecLed. With 15 years of Lighting experience in Commercial & Project Lighting. Gaya is available to help with Melbourne Clientele. In addition Gaya has a BA with Mona'ah Clayton and a CFA firefighter

Natalie

Marketing Coordinator

Recently arrived in Australia from Chile, Natalie has experience in the analytical side of Marketing. Working on the creatives day to day as well as the long term Marketing objectives. Natalie is a wonderful addition to our team.
